Processing
Procedures
  • Proposals and reports can be made by real names and anonymous applications, and if you are real names, you can check the results more quickly.
  • In principle, the report will go through necessary procedures, such as confirming related matters behind closed doors, and a certain period of time will be required to reply to the processing results.
Protection of
Informants
  • We operate an informant protection program so that the person who reported can report with confidence without any disadvantages.
  • We are not subject to disadvantages or discrimination in terms of status due to legitimate reporting.
  • If you are disadvantaged due to a report, you can request the timing and protection from the self-compliance manager or CP (compliance program) department, and the self-compliance manager or CP department will take all measures to minimize the disadvantage.
  • The identity of the informant and the contents of the report are kept strictly confidential so that they are not disclosed against their will.
  • We equally protect those who have cooperated in the investigation by making statements and providing data in the process of verifying the facts about the report.
  • If you participate in an unethical or illegal act, but you report it yourself, you can be exempted from sanctions for that act.
